A friendly place to enjoy wine
Selborne Wine Society is celebrating its 26th year. The inaugural tasting was arranged in the Queens Hotel on 18th February 1999. From these simple beginnings the wine society was born and goes from strength to strength. The tastings are now held once a month on a Friday evening at Selborne village hall and we have been very fortunate to attract some well respected speakers from the world of wine who have returned countless times.
These raconteurs include wine makers from the UK and abroad, wine importers, wine educators and wine retailers. They are generous with their time and typically offer special discounts to our Members.
